Question applies to Word 2007
I created a custom level 1 heading (DFU Heading 1) which has numbering like
1, 2, 3...
Based on that heading, I created a custom level 2 heading (DFU Heading 2)
which has numbering like 1.1, 1.2, ...
This worked fine for the first sections as shown in the format below.

1.1.
1.2.
1.3.
The current formatting options are as follows:
Font: 18 pt, Indent: Left: 0.75", Hanging: 0.75", Level 2, Border: Bottom:
(Single solid line, Auto, 1.5 pt Line width), Outline numbered + Level: 2 +
Numbering Style: 1, 2, 3, … + Start at: 1 + Alignment: Left + Aligned at:
0.31" + Indent at: 0.61", Style: Linked, Automatically update, Quick Style,
Based on: Normal, Following style: Normal

However, when I started a new section with DFU Heading 1, followed by a DFU
Heading 2, I got the following format.

How do I get DFU Heading 2 to base its numbering on DFU Heading 1 so that I
would get the following?
