If you mean INSTALLED (the word "download" means to obtain a file or files
from a remote computer via the internet) then it depends on the version.

<sigh> As I said - you don't DOWNLOAD you INSTALL. And as I said again, it
depends on the VERSION.....

Then if you get a Retail version (and NOT an OEM version - cheaper!) you
should be able to install it on one main device (PC or laptop) and one
Portable device owned by you, but you can't use both at the same time...
