How many copies of Vision can I install with one product key.

I am a student in a local college and purchased of copy of Visio Pro 2003. I
installed a copy on my desktop machine at home and would also like to install
a copy on my laptop. Can I do this with just one product key? I went to the
MSDN acedamic alliance web to purchase another copy of the disc and it would
not let me. Does this mean that I can install this program on two copmuter
at once?
