If you are looking at the EULA, yes, you can install a copy on a desktop and
a laptop, for example.

However, the second install may require a phone call. (It didn't for me.)

Sorry you do not want accurate answers. Microsoft Office 2003 Professional
defines an Office edition {that is what applications are included} not the
license {EULA (End User License Agreement)} that you have for Office 2003
Professional. Microsoft has several different EULAs for Office 2003
Professional. The EULA that you purchased defines how many computer in
which you can install your copy of Office 2003 Professional. I posted how
your can find your EULA so that you can determine how many and what type of
computer you can install your copy.
