From the EULA....

"1.1 Installation and use.

You may:
(a) install and use a copy of the Software on one personal computer or other
device; and

(b) install an additional copy of the Software on a second, portable device
for the exclusive use of the primary user of the first copy of the
Software."

So is that 2 or 3?
Sounds like 2, if you have one laptop and one Desktop. ONLY if you're the
original user and purcahser!!!

There's only two copies allowable by my reading of the EULA. Where do
you get three?

I know people in general complain about software license limitations and
MS gets its share of criticism, but come on! Would *you* sell a software
product and be OK with 50 people using one copy? I think the "two copies
on two devices for ~one user" policy is very reasonable.
