How many pages and sections?

But then why onenote opens a new section
for web clippings where there is already one.
The default web clippings was already there and now it has many pages.
Whenever I send a new page from internet explorer, 1note pastes the
new page to a second webclippings section.
Why is that?

Sounds like you're using the IE to OneNote PowerToy. In which case it may
be a bug in that PowerToy.
