How many times can I install office 2007 ultimate (retail)

After looking up many online newsgroups, I have come here for a
definitive answer.

I have bought Office 2007 Ultimate perpetual license. I have installed
this copy on my Vista Ultimate notebook computer.

I have a bad habit of rebuilding (reinstalling) my computer quite
frequently. I reinstall the OS every couple of months due to drivers
testing etc.

My question is: How many times can I re-install and activate Office
2007 Ultimate edition on the same computer without any hardware
changes.

Thanks in advance.

On the same computer without hardware changes you can reinstall as many times as you wish. However, you may be required to use the telephone to reactivate if you reinstall in less than 120 days.

Milly has answered your question properly but since you paid
so much for your software, why don't you pay a little more
and purchase a hard drive cloning program like Ghost or True
Image? This will save you at least 4 hours of reinstall
every time you need to change something and go back to your
original XP base and Office base setup.

Once you have everything installed properly clone the hard
drive to another then when you want to rebuild the system,
simply reclone the drive from your backup.

Makes changing almost painless.
