How: MsOutlook plug in setup

I am making an addin for outlook and have to distriburte it. So could anyone
help me to create an icon or menu in outlook , automatically through vb
code. I'm trying to make a setup file which will insert the plugin into
outlook without having to do it manually.
Hints with examples will be highly appreciated.
