How much difference between Project 2002 and 2003?

How much difference is there between Project 2002 and 2003? I need to upgrade several '98 users to 2003, but my 2002 users are wondering if they need to upgrade as well. Is there a huge difference

Here are some of the new features for '03 based on the
version you're using. This isn't a comprehensive list;
it's more of an "off the top of the head" run down.
Hopefully some other users will chime in.

Project '02 Standard vs. Project '03 Standard
-Copy Picture to Office Wizard
-Certain COM add-ins are automatically installed
-An expanded project guide
-Goal based help has been replaced by Project help.
-Workgroup features are no longer included with the
program.
-Export timephased data to excel

Project '02 Pro vs. Project '03 Pro
-All the new features of '03 standards, plus
-Multi-value enterprise resource outline codes
-Soft-booking (proposed vs. committed)
-Ability to protect baseline information
-A sample database to experiment
-Numerous APIs

Server & Web Access
-Scheduling periodic syncs with AD
-You can sync security groups with AD
-Include custom elements in the timesheet
-Actual work and actual overtime are protected fields
-Risks can be conveyed using Sharepoint
-You can create administrative projects for non project
time
-More printing options from PWA
-Work with tasks in your Outlook calendar
-Version control with non-project documents
-Build team feature from PWA

Hope this helps!

If you are going from Proj2002 Standard to Proj2003 Standard you will find
very little difference.
The list below shows this (and one could argue that the export timephased
data is not a new feature)
Personally even though I could upgrade easily (my company has a license for
both) I'm still using 2002.
Proj2003 Standard has some bugs (most notably a problem with indentation) so
you will need to install a hotfix for it as well.
