How much should I charge?

I have 2 access databases under my belt, so I am by far no expert. However,
they have both been done in the non-profit field for call center environments
(so not much variation).

Someone is looking to hire me to build a database for them, but I am not
sure as to what my fee should be - does anyone know the going (hourly) rate?

I don't know any specifics around this new particular database, other than
it will also be built around a call center program. I figure there will be
time spent with planning and development and then testing/troubleshooting.

I'd appreciate any input. Thanks!

Price varies depending upon where you are. I know highly experienced Indian
programmers that would jump at the chance to bill $10 per hour. Most on
staff programmers in the US work for $40 to $60 per hour including benefits.

Being self employed, my rate is $125 per hour which may be somewhat low
considering my experience. With your experience, depending upon where you
are, I'd say $50 to $75 per hour is reasonable.
