Hi there,
Using OL2003 and I notice when I have more than one email entry for a
contact Outlook will list a separate entry for each email address.
Is there a way to set Outlook to only display a single entry for each name
please?
Obviously I will still need to select an email address to send to from a
list or something but I have a lot of entries in my contacts/address book
and it would tidy it up and make it easier to find my way round.
I don't recall Outlook 2000 listing multiple entries for a single contact
with more than one email address...or was I mistaken?
