how Office is Licensed

Got a question about Ms office 2003 and 2007 and the way it is licensed.

If Office is licensed to a company and a worker of that copany is doing
company work on his personal laptop ..... can I install the company licensed
copy on a non-company PC?

It is licenced to the User or the Computer?

Its Licensed to the user, to install on * number of PC's, depending on the
wording of the License.
Of course the Company may also have specific notices re company property

Sounds like you are asking about the Home Use Program and that depends
entirely on the licensing agreement the employer has with Microsoft.
