how or can I add/remove art border images in word

I'm using word 2003 and would like to use the border that I downloaded (in
..wmf format) around a picture. But it is not showing in the border art drop
down list. How can I accomplish this?

Hi suzanne, thank you, but that is what I have been doing. I was hoping to
use art work as a border, in much the same way as you can in publisherXP. I
no-longer have publisher but would like to be able to do so for b-day cards
and etc. It simply takes longer and was hoping for a shorter route.

Unfortunately, there is no other way in Word.
