How out of office reply in Outlook e-mails

How do I set up an Out of Office Reply. The instructions tell me to go to
Tools and then Out of Office Assistant. I have no Out of Office Assistance in
my Tools menu.

Hi Karen,
This is becuase you are not using an exchange server. You will have to
create a rule to do this. See the following KB

Note Outlook will have to remain on for this to work how you want it to
