How read email in Outlook2003 (HTML), sent using Mozila/Firefox.?

What I have to do to read emails (HTML Format) in my Outlook 2003 that were
sent using Mozilla/Firefox .?

Every time that I receive an email that is sent using Mozila/FireFox, I
receive an email with a lot of characters that I can not read.!
