How relocate add-ins folder ?

How can I relocate the add-ins folder ? For now it stays in c:\docs ....\mu
username ...

I want it to be elsewhere ( c: is only windows for me; that's how I intend
it at least)

Any way ?

( Win XP- Access 2002/XP)
