HOW SEND PDF AS EMAIL TO FAX

I use Outlook 2003, Outlook Live Connector, and Hotmail Plus as my email
server.
How can I send large PDF files as email attachments or faxes?
I subscribe to Data on Call Fax Service and the Trial 30 Day version Venali
Fax Service. Venali uses TIFF file format; Data on Call uses PDF or GROUP 3
TIFF.
