How set autoresponder to send confirmation reciepte of email

I want to confirm reciept of emails automaticly using outlook 2007 on MS
exchange server

You want a delivery receipt for every email you send out? I don't really
advise that since many servers disallow them but you can set this in the
options of Outlook.

To have Outlook 2007 request a delivery receipt for a message you are
composing:

a.. Go to the Options tab in the message's ribbon toolbar.
b.. Make sure Request a Delivery Receipt is checked.
