I have users on connections that every couple of days are offline for 5
minutes so the Outlook client goes into Work Offline mode automatically
Per Murphy's law, the user enjoys the nice quiet morning, by around
9:15 they grow suspicious at their good fortune and they hit
send/receive and the urgent messages pour in (why don't these people
just pick up the phone!).
Many forget the lesson I have given them about checking the lower right
to make sure they are connected so I get a call.
Is there a registry entry, add-in or script that could check the mode
and uncheck Work Offline if there is an internet connection?
Thanks
