VOUGHTKUSMITE
Is there a way to send one meeting invitation to a distribution of people,
for each recipient to choose one session to attend from at least two
identical sessions? I would want the acceptance to identify which meeting
that respondent will attend, and hopefully not identify both. The respondent
will want the meeting selected to populate his own calendar with reminder
notice, and the other meeting option not to appear.
If this cannot be performed in one meeting invitation, what other method
might do the same function? Example: Can I send a "survey" type question
email with choice buttons for each meeting, where replying with a unique
selection will generate a new meeting invitation automatically sent to that
respondent; the new meeting invitation should be for only the correct meeting
session, and not the other session.
