In Outlook 2003 BCM, is it possible for three people to (easily) use this
and each have their own, entirely separate outlook databases (or folders,
maybe they're called)?
The "ideal" would be to have three Outlook shortcut icons on the desktop:
Shortcut to Outlook, Sam
Shortcut to Outlook, Jane
Shortcut to Outlook, George
[Actually, I'd set up three Windows user accounts and move each person's
icon on his/her desktop so they only see thiers.]
Then, when Sam clicks Sam's icon, it would go straight to his Outlook...his
emails, his calendars, his BCM, everything...without any kind of "sign on
login/password" or any kind of setting up...would behave same as if he was
the only user.
And he could set defaults or anything, any way, and it would not affect the
other users?
Is this possible?
Thanks
