I support 8 different online courses. Each new student
enrolling on a course sends in a completed Induction
questionnaire. I have to respond to these answers with
some set responses. Each induction questionaire has 10
questions. For each question I have a choice of 3
responses that I have to give depending on whether they
have ticked a, b or c. Each course has a set of
different answers. The answers are then emailed back to
the student.
I want to design a table that will make this process
easier but I can't get started. (at present I am deleting
out the answers that are not applicable from one of eight
templates that I have for each course - very time
consuming and open to errors) I keep thinking of
different ways of designing this, but keep coming across
problems. Can someone point me in the right direction
please. Many thanks Marion
ps: I already record the progress of the student in
access so their course name and email address is already
stored if this helps.
