How show flowdown of data between 2 ongoing taskbars?

I have a taskbar representing an ongoing study. There is concurrent taskbar
below it that uses output of the study. I don't want to constrain start of
the second taskbar until the first is complete. Can Project show a periodic
flowdown of data from the first taskbar to the second without one
constraining the other?

Hi,

Well, each time there is a flowdown of data that can (and IMHO should) be
considered the end of a task.
Then you can link the end of that task to teh start ofd a using task in the
other activity.
In other words, my advice is to represent both activities by more than one
task.
