how show fold marks/address box for stuffing A4 letter in DL env

I want to show fold marks on an A4 letter to help stuffing into DL envelope,
so address appears same place in window. I assume there is a template, but I
can't find one - or know how to show the marks

I don't know of a template, but you can create one. Fold a sheet of A4 paper
as required. Then measure the distance from the top of the page to the
folds. In Word, on an A4 page, insert short drawing lines at the appropriate
places (be aware that they won't print to the edge, so make them long
enough).
