How sort by favorite (and not lose the the alphabetical feature)

I have a list of names. If I put an asterick before all my favorites, I can now sort for favorites, but I will lose the ability to sort alphabetically by name, and I don't want to lose that function. What can I do? thanks.

Put the Asterisk in another column.

Thanks Bob, or really anything in another column, my brain must not have been working on that one!
