How stop picture from loading in Word when creating mail in Outloo

Couldn't figure how to add a picture to an E-Mail I created in Outlook. As
it loads Word when creating E-Mail, I went to Word to see what I could do.
Well I got what I asked for without really knowing what I did. Now every time
I create E-Mail in Outlook it includes that same picture and the only way I
can get rid of it is to cut it from the document.
