how the change the encode arabic language.

one user sent me mail on outlook in arabic but i cannot read the mai
it totally different language he sent from internet
when i open that mail in our hotmail or yahoo i can read the arabic
but in outlook i cannot read please suggent me.

Try using an Arabic Outlook newsgroup.
This newsgroup is devoted to Microsoft Access databases.
You are much more likely to find an answer in a group
devoted to your subject.
