How the Generic Resources can have hours fixed????

Hi Friends,
I Need learn how the Generic Resources can have hours, for example, My
enterprise pay for 180 hours to a XX Enterprise, I can't use the
distinct Calendar for each enterprise, How i define it in MSProject
Server 2007 ????? perhaps exists other solution for my problem
