How Time Displays in Outlook Notes

My Outlook notes display time relative to GMT - that is, whatever GMT is
minus 5 hours. How do I get my notes to display the Eastern time zone? My
calendar and my internet clocks both show Eastern time with no reference to
GMT, so those settings are correct - I'm looking for the time setting for
email only. Thanks.
