How to acc comments in Access

I have an Access table with columns heading names need to stay the same but I
need to add comments to provide a better description to ensure the data
entered in the column is the right type. In Excel, its easy to add a comment
that pops up when the mouse hovers over the heading name. Can this be done
in Access?

You should not be entering data in a table, you should be doing so in a
form. You can add labels, control tip text, etc in your forms.

Correct. TOOL TIPS is a property of a control on a form. Just fill in your
desired text, and when the user hovers the mouse pointer over that control,
the text pops up.
