How to accept an iCalendar on my laptop from my desktop w/same e-m

I send an iCalendar meeting request to my laptop so I can keep both my
desktop and laptop current with all appointments. This worked with OutLook
2003 and now my laptop says that I am the originator of the appointment. I am
but it is from my desktop.

Also, my Treo 650 will not sync calendars

I upgraded to Office Professional 2007
