One day when attempting to access Outlook 2000 I received an error message
that says it has entered its extended support phase. I have called Microsoft
and gone to their online help and there is nothing for Outlook 2000. How do
I get all the emails and folders stored in my Outlook?

You can continue to use Outlook 2000 provided you do not upgrade your PC to
Windows Vista or Windows 7 because Outlook 2000 isn't compatible with either.
If you do update the operating system, you can still access your old data on
the new system if you purchase a license for Outlook 2003 or later. This
should contain the data you need:

Let's clarify your question.

Are you:

A) Concerned that Microsoft's support for the Office 2000 family of
products, which includes Outlook 2000 has ended and can no longer find
product documentation and downloads?

However, your Outlook 2000 product is currently available.

B) Experiencing a problem with your Outlook 2000 product that prevents
you from accessing data that was previously available in Outlook 2000.

If so, please post detailed description of your problem.
