If what you mean is the xsl stylesheet, sml schema file, and other associated
files, then yes. Simply make a copy of the desired *.xsn form template, and
rename the extension to *.cab, a cabinet file. Then use your choice of
archiving utility (winzip, winrar, etc.) to open, view, and extract data from
files.
