How to access the XDocument object from InfoPath using VB.NET

I am new at InfoPath but I have created a project that calls a
custom .dll in my VB.NET project from a button in InfoPath. It is
converting the InfoPath XML into word and works fine. My problem is
trying to get the Namespace of the object that will reference the
XMLDOMDocument in my VB.NET project into another method. Any ideas
would be of great help.

I am trying to convert from infopath to word using just as you have said you
are doing...how do you accomplish this? Any examples/advice?
