How to accomplish - need advise

We have a project coming up which essentially entails the tasks needed to
close down a facility. I have about a twenty people who will need to
interact with the documents on this project but only about three that
actually need to work with the MS Project Gantt chart and such. These are
people outside my normal enterprise resource pool. I don't want to have to
PWA CALS for everyone. I know I need to get them for the three people who
will interact with the timelines and tasks. The rest just need to see
documents. I planned on using Project to set up the project and create the
Sharepoint site. Can the remaining people simply access the documentation
through SharePoint without using PWA? If so, what URL do they use? Thanks.

If you are looking at PWA, click on Documents. Then click on the box next
to the project name. Finally, click on "Go To Selected Project Workspace
(Blue Bar on the left side of screen)." This will bring up a new window
that is the home page for that particular project. Copy the URL and give
that to each of the team members who does not have a CAL.
