How to activate Icalendar for Outlook 2003

Hi,

I would like to activated the support of iCalendar in Outlook 2003.
As i've read in online help, and many websites, i have to go to :
Tools menu > Options > Calendar > check "...use iCalendar format"

I would like do this, but the checkbox is disabled !

How can i Enable the checkbox and Activate the iCalendar format ?

That option is available only if you have an Internet account in your mail profile, not if you have only Exchange.

I've add a pop account, now i can use that future.
