How to activate Office Programs after a computer crash. . .

My computer crashed and I reinstalled my office programs (word, powerpoint,
outlook, excel) but they tell me I need to activate the programs. When I try
to activate, the message says I've already used that code. I need to activate
before they go into "reduced functionality mode." But I don't know how to
activate programs that I have already installed.

Use telephone activation. You have to call microsoft and explain that you
are not a bad person. Then they will let you use their software again.

Just use the phone option when you're prompted to activate, and tell the
tech on the other line that you had to reinstall because of a crash.
