How to activate PowerToys-ins?

I installed 2 PowerToys (Table of Contents and Easier synch with
mobile .).
I can not use them as I don't know how to start them.
I thought that this would be Add-ins, but in the dialog of
"Extras |Options | Add-ins"
the field for showing Add-ins is empty.

Hello Rainald,

Sorry for the problems. Here's a quick troubleshooting guide for installing
these with OneNote 200:
1. Exit OneNote.
2. In control panel, remove them both.
3. Run setup.exe again (don't just double click the MSI) by right clicking
the file and saying "Run as administrater"
4. Choose to install for all users.
5. When setup is done, start OneNote.
6. In the standard toolbar, you should have a button for "Copy to Device"
and "Table of Contents"

If you do not, please let me know what you do see, and if the addins are
listed in the options dialog.

Did as you said and now the add-ins work.

It seems that having left "for all users" unchecked had been the
culprit.

Both tools are most useful and add urgently needed functionality.
Really great that vonlunteers create such fine instruments.
