How to activate the cursor in the Formula Bar

I navigate from cell to cell with the keyboard arrow keys. What
keyboard shortcut/command can I use to activate/place the cursor in the
formula bar, so I can then navigate through text in the formula bar
using the arrow keys? (i.e. It is a hassle to take my hand off the
keyboard and grab the mouse to place the cursor in the formula bar).
