How to add a different resource field

can it be possible to include the differnent resource field which play a
different role in the same tasks. there is no email notification if the
customz field type is text. however,it always appears the same resource if I
add the files with resourc type.
Anyone have any suggestions or idea of how to deal with this case?

Hi Wei,

Yes you can, it depends on the resource field you want to show in
resource view or Gantt(Task view).

If you want to show the resource field in task view, define the new
field in enterprise global as task field.

If you want to show the resource field in resource view, define the new
field in enterprise global as resource field field.

Add new field to the required view in enterprise global.
