how to add a new project in Project 2007 Srv (direct access to db)

I need to add a new project and its tasks into project srv 2007 only. I must
do that by direct access to sql database. Is it possible? I have problem with
PROJ_UID in msp_projects table in Draft database. How to find the valid UIDs?
I think only some of them are allowed.
