How to add a popup description tag to a table cell?

Dear friends,
I would like to know the method of creating a popup description tag for
specific cells in my tables when the mouse pointer is hovered over them?

I am using FP 2002

You can generate a tool-tip on almost any element by using the title
attribute. If you want to be able to do any formatting of the appearance &
content, you will need to use a javascript solution such as 'wz tooltip'
which I have used in the past
