How to add a Quick Launch Navigation Bar in a Web Part page

I want to add section in Project Workspace Site just like List. When I Added
a section and added a webpart page as a link under the new section.The page
doesnot have the QuickLaunch Bar on the left.Just lik when we open Issue
under List it contains Quick Launch on the left.How can I change the
appearnace of new page lik issue
