How to add a single blank page subreport to a report

I have designed an inspection report page based on objects in the database.
That form is used to collect data from the field. How can I add a single
second page (essentially blank) for comments and authentification of the data
collected? Possibly as a subreport but the subreport keeps repeating

Where you you want this page, Graham?

If you want it at the end, just make the Report Footer section about 9"
high. (If you don't see a report footer, it's on the View menu.)
