How to add Access 2007 to Office Standard 2007

How can I add Access 2007 to Office Standard 2007 without purchasing a full
upgrade to Professional 2007 that costs over $300? I had Professional 2003
and when I upgraded to Office Standard 2007 (without Acess) it made my Access
2003 inoperable. I want Access back - is there anyway to just download
Access 2007 only? And is it possible to get it at an upgrade price since I
have (had) 2003?

You can put in your Office 2003 Pro CD and select Custom Install and only install
Access again
