How to add an excel object without leaving the slideshow

P

Pinto

Hi all,

I'm doing a Presentation in Powerpoint which I want to include a complete
workbook (with several spreadsheets) and be able to go through all the
spreadsheets without leaving the "slideshow", meaning that I don't want to be
"jumping" into excel program and viewing the Menu bar or even the start
button and small icons at the bottom of the desktop?
Is this possible?
Many thanks in advance!
Cheers,

Antonio,
It's funny to me that this same issue has come up a few times in the
last week or so.

I am in the process of writing an article for MS Office Online that
addresses this issue and gives a non-VBA solution. There's a previous
thread here that explains the process, grossly summarized. I also have
a sample file that shows this. Post back if you want a copy of the
file.

The process is actually quite simple, well to me any how (g).

Email me directly if you can fix my munged email address and we can
share thoughts. Put PPT in the start of any email msg.

Brian great stuff,

Thank you for your email and your help.
My email is (e-mail address removed)
So does it mean that I will only be able to add spreadsheets separately and
not have a few of them in just one workbook?

Regards,

António
