How to add child menu's to submenu's in Microsoft Project Server 2003.

Hi ppl,

Does anybody know how to add child menu's to submenu's in Microsoft
Project Server 2003.

Microsoft Project Server administration provides interface to add
menu's and submenu's, but I don't know how to go down one more level
i.e. Add child menu's to the submenu's.
Please help.
