How to add Company name to envelope address in Word 2007

In Word 2007, how do automatically you add the company name from Outlook when
creating an envelope from the Create Enveope on the Mailings ribbon? When I
create an envelope using this method, the company name is not automatically
merged into the address field even though the comapny name appears in Outlook.

Hi Graham:

Thank you. This fixed the issue for the "insert address button" in the
middle of a document. But, it did not fix "insert address button" in the
Envelopes and Lables box that appears when you click "Envelopes" on the
"Mailings" ribbon.

The autotext version should work in the Envelope/Labels dialog?
Did you pay particular attention to where the entry was saved?
