How to add "definition" hyperlinks in Word

Hi all,
You know many web pages that have specific words hyperlinked and when you
hoover over them, or click on them it opens a small window giving the
definition of the word? I'd like to do that in my Word documents but
haven't been able to figure out how to do it.
If anyone knows, could you post the way to do it, or email me at

That's a pretty tough call, I think. Do you know VBA? If not, I would scrub
the idea or get cracking. Also, you'll want to ask this question in the VBA
area for Word, not here in the *straight* Word one...
