How to add, delete usernames in exchange sign on dropdown list?

When I use Outlook 2003 to log onto my email Exchange server, the usernames
on the drop down list are wrong and I have to type mine in each time. How
can I add the correct username to the drop down list, and delete the
incorrect ones?
